Richard is honest and super pleasant. His prices exceeded my expectations after being robbed by a different repair shop. Everyone I came in contact with, was pleasant. He listens to your issues and then addresses the concerns and "fixes" the problems. So glad I found fountain auto repair through a recommendation of a friend. I will be a longtime customer. Thank you, Richard, for helping me with my Toyota Rav 5, it's 30,000 mile checkup and correcting the concerns I had addressed with another repair shop. You fixed it, they ignored it! Again you have a happy new customer who recommends your shop for their repair needs! Thank you! I also loved playing with your dogs while I was there!

Brought my truck here for a rear differential leak repair on 1/15/2026. Found the differential still leaking on 1/17/2026. Came back to the shop on 1/19/26, mechanic (Rich) told me he would call me later that day. When he called me, he told me he wanted $160 more to repair the leak. Decided to go to another shop, and found out that not only did Rich not install the seal correctly, he damaged the pinion yolk (hammered it) which is why he asked for the additional $160 to replace it. It will now cost me 5 times what he charged me to repair the damage he caused plus the original leak. If you come here and expensive mistakes are made by the owner, he will NOT make it right.
