I recently changed all four tires, had the wheels balanced, and requested an alignment. Overall, the service was very good, the staff was polite, and I was really happy with the customer service. However, I left disappointed with one situation that I don’t think is acceptable anywhere: being told one price beforehand and then being charged a different price at the end. I was quoted one amount for the alignment, but when it was time to pay, the final price was about 50% higher. I honestly did not like that. I’m leaving this review as constructive feedback because I believe this kind of situation should not happen. Even so, I would definitely come back, and I still recommend this place to everyone because the service itself was great. I just hope that next time the pricing is communicated more clearly from the beginning. Thank you again for the service

Zero complaints. I purchased tires off FB market place. Bright then here. They installed in about an hours time, maybe less. Pleasant waiting area. Pleasant people. Mostly Brazilian spoken, but also speak English, so no problems there at all. Totally recommend. Get Some.

They showed me that one of my tires are no good and showed me that the nail I had in my tire didn’t puncture anything and did not charge me, even though they could of and I would of never known. Will always go to them for my tire and alignment needs. Their prices are also very reasonable
View on GoogleExtremely unprofessional experience. Wesley gave me a price estimate before the work was done, but when it came time to pay, the total was double what I had been quoted. When I calmly raised the issue with the owner, Aquiles, he showed no interest in understanding what had happened he simply insisted on the higher price, turned his back, and walked away. I paid the full amount without any argument, and I made a point of telling the front desk that my concern was never about the money itself, but about the complete lack of communication and professionalism. Customers deserve accurate information upfront, and staff should be properly trained to provide it. Deeply disappointing both the service and the management.
View on GoogleI needed a tire patched. I drove home from Ocala yesterday, and was on the spare tire. They were close to my job so I popped by. They patched my tire and had the keys back in my hand in 15 mins. $15. No problem. I love efficiency. Return customer for sure.
