Came in today without an appointment and was blown away by the service. Luis took care of everything - had an issue with my trunk and a door seal, and he handled both super quickly, no hassle at all. During the inspection they also caught a nail in my tire and patched it right up. Car came back clean too. Everyone there is genuinely friendly and welcoming. But Luis is the reason I'll keep coming back. Honestly the best Lexus service in Miami. Worth the drive, no question.

My experience of Lexus Of Kendall has been very positive. When it comes to scheduling and organizing my events, Luca, the service advisor has been phenomenal. I’ve owned BMW’s Cadillac and Mercedes, This dealership service department has been the best by far especially using Luca as an advisor. He goes the extra mile, And it’s really good when it comes to reaching out and following up whether it’s good or bad news. Small situation happened, Where Car had a minor damage underneath the carriage, though it was very minuscule, Luca took care of it, fixed the car completely back to OEM spec, and even helps me out with another issue that was outside at the dealership. If you do come here, please ask for Luca.
