Kendall Toyota Auto Service

I've taken my 4runner with 30,000 miles to this dealership twice now for a suspected drivetrain issue (still under warranty) that I've also raised with Toyota Corporate. Both times the techs have driven the car on a short drive, reported that they couldn't replicate the issue themselves (which doesn't surprise me because I explicitly explained to them that the issue happens when the car is extremely warm after longer driving), and have absolved themselves from diagnosing it and have handed me back the vehicle. When talking to Toyota Corporate, they sent my details to Kendall Toyota and told me a rep would reach out - I waited a week after the deadline they mentioned and nobody did. Don't bring your vehicle here, even if under warranty, as this dealership is incapable of customer service.

First experience. Oil change, reasonable price, quick turnaround. Better service than other Toyota auto services in the area.

I bought my car and later sold my car there. I had expirenced a bit of a time wast as I was trying to sell it. Notice thier warranty service and its cancelation policy. The contract binds you to the car agency and makes it hard to get refund in the case of early termination. After fighting a bit and with a counter offer I was able to sell the car. Not the must kind expirence but was done at the end. I think that next time ill try Carmax..

Not only slow but I terrible communication with their operators who are very rude-have been here almost 4 hours and had to wait for the service person to COME BACK FROM LUNCH to finally get the car- . Spent over 1,000 dollars , they charge 3% of u use a credit card (legal?)

They try to scam you by recommending expensive services at 30,000 miles by saying they are "manufacturer recommended". It's a lie. Those services are recommended by Toyota at 100,000 miles. You can't trust the staff at this service center. It's a shame. I'm sure the mechanics do good work. Buyer beware
