We have been using Walmart Automotive for tires for a few years. We recently had an issue with them so decided to give Tire Kingdom a try. We were so pleasantly surprised!! Friendly, helpful staff, and prompt attention to our needs. They took great care of my wife's car and made sure she was happy. Prices are very competitive and they sell most brands. We will never use Walmart again!!! 😄

From steering issues, to tires and oil changes, the staff at this establishment provide great customer service as well as services on your vehicle. I last minute couldn’t make my appointment and they rescheduled me immediately to a day and time I was available. I appreciate having this location so close to home in case I need anything serviced.

The general manger Jerry was a great help as well, when I asked about my oil change no issues went and looked at my vehicle immediately. Just all around great group of gentleman made my morning experience wonderful! Thank you gents you rock!!!

I was in a stressful situation after discovering I had a tire issue and was trying to get back on the road quickly because I was on my way to see my grandmother in the hospital. Chris and Jerry immediately understood the urgency and took care of everything with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. They quickly assessed the problem, patched the tire, and had me safely back on the road faster than I expected. What really stood out was how genuinely compassionate and helpful they were during a moment when time really mattered to me. Their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth one. It is rare to find people who combine technical expertise with true care for their customers. Chris and Jerry are a tremendous asset to Tire Kingdom, and I’m incredibly grateful for how they stepped up today. Because of them, I was able to get to the hospital to see my grandmother without added stress. If you need tire service from people who genuinely care, ask for Chris and Jerry. View on GoogleI brought my pilot to change a joint on the left front and I was informed that honda doesn't have the option to change just one joint on the lower control arm. I got an estimate over the phone for 750.00 plus tax. I said it was too much they dropped the price 150.00. I notified them that I'll change it my self. I brought the vehicle back for an alinement today. They refused to work on this vehicle because the said everything was loose. So I drove it back home to check on the bolts and noticed that two of my logg nuts where cross threaded. I called the shop to speak with the manager and he claimed that they never took the tire off. I've had enough of this shop over pricing for their work and not taking responsibility for anything.
