I took my car to 3 other places and they told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and pretty much told me sorry and threw their hands up. I took it Darrell’s and right away they pin pointed the issue and repaired it for a reasonable price. Juan is outstanding at managing and communicating. Eric is very knowledgeable and quick to figure it out without needing diagnostic tools. I highly recommend, support and appreciate this company. Kudos to them.

Been here a few times already. They are very helpful and fair priced! Communication was awesome! Update: went from great communication to none. I walked in Thursday to get my car in for a quote. Also said since you will have my car do an oil change, talked pricing for the oil change and said yes my jeep needs synthetic. He said yea we can def add that. I drop my car at 8am I work across the street. I get done work and call, they hadn’t even looked at my car at 3:15… around 5pm he calls and says what the issue is, cool, how much?… I’ll call u tomorrow we are closing now… uh ok? Did u do the oil change… oh no u never said that…. 😤 I said yes I did and the response was I must’ve forgot to write it down… I’ve brought my car here before and hoped it was gonna be great… never coming back…

I have a 12 year old Nissan that I keep in FL and it runs great. I went to Take 5 Oil Change and asked how much for an oil change. We started at $89, went to $69, then $59 and I finally said I’ll go elsewhere where they know the exact figure…and I hate to play games. I was referred to Darrell’s. $23 with oil filter. Honest and nice. The way it should be. Today I heard a noise and thought my brakes were going. Looked at all 4 brakes and determined it was a brake cylinder. $168 out the door and I couldn’t be happier. Anywhere else would have charged me for brakes and more. My neighbors were right - Darrell’s is the place to go. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for your honesty. Hard to come by these days.
