Just Fantastic!!! I needed a new battery immediately and Joe accommodated me. My car had a new battery in my car within a hour. Reasonable pricing. I has no idea what a battery cost and was thankful at the cost. Will come back again and again… thank you
View on GoogleWe have been loyal customers of this shop for years, and up until recently, I would have recommended them to anyone without hesitation. They are family-owned, honest, and the mechanics consistently do quality work. Even now, the woman who answers the phone is always kind, helpful, and professional. However, our last two visits have been disappointing due to the experience at the front counter. Neal, who used to be there, set the standard for customer service. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and made customers feel valued. Unfortunately, since his departure, that level of professionalism has clearly not carried over. The man currently at the counter was dismissive and had a noticeable attitude when I asked a simple and reasonable question about pricing. I had no issue paying for the service and fully understand that costs have increased—but refusing to explain hourly rates or provide a basic breakdown is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, especially when it comes to their money. It’s incredibly frustrating because the quality of the mechanical work is still there, but the customer service experience is starting to overshadow it. I have recommended this shop countless times over the years, and I don’t want to stop because of one individual. But if this continues, it will absolutely impact my family’s decision to keep bringing our business here. Please—either bring Neal back or invest in properly training your front counter staff. This is a great shop, and it would be a shame to see its reputation damaged over something so fixable.
