They got us in fast, and had the vehicle ready within a week. When we picked it up, we were genuinely amazed — it looked like nothing had ever happened. The paint match is perfect and the collision repair is flawless. On top of the quality of their work, the people at Frost are just great to deal with. Terrible experience. From dropping the car off, apathetic front desk. The actual price was more than double the estimate we agreed to online (they said it was a glitch). And why did my son need $150 of Freon when the only problem was the blower motor? Maybe this place does good body work but I will not be back. Funny thing is we’ve had a very good trustworthy mechanic for many years and just thought we’d give this place a chance.

I took it in on Monday and they called me Wednesday afternoon to say it was ready!!!!! Looks great and i think a great price! (Watch out tho, they have those Girl Scout cookies for sale in the office!🤣🤣)

View on GoogleFrost Auto Care is absolutely amazing!!! I could not be happier with the work they performed. My daughter accidentally went up to far on a parking bumper and pulled her front end apart. My daughter was distraught because she had a trip in a few weeks. I called, told Kim my situation, she found found a way to get the repairs done in time. Throughout the process Kim, Pete and Gwen kept me informed every step of the way. I now call them the dream team because they were professional and friendly every single time we talked, I never felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone when it came to the updates. Pete personally spoke with me to try to accommodate me if needed when we had a day set back because they wanted to ensure my color matched perfectly. It was a gesture that touched me and made me feel like I mattered which is lacking today with businesses. If you are trying to decide if you should use Frost, choose Frost! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Kim, Pete and Gwen for all your help!!!
