The absolutely best customer service that I have seen in a very long time!! Words can't begin to describe! So, to make a long story short.... my husband, driving 20 hours to work away from out home encountered a small transmission problem. He took the truck to a large Hino certified service department to be told that it had major issues that they wouldn't be able to fix until the following day. They turned us on to the most amazing people at Trans Diesel! Kevin, quick we took our truck and hooked it up, and guaranteed us there was only a few minor things wrong. He tightened up the bolts that he felt needed, and set my husband on his 14 Hour drive to Texas! Once again, I can not express my gratitude enough to these wonderful people! From start with Amber to finish with Kevin! Kudos to this company!! Thank you again!

The transmission on my Winnebago RV began down shifting very roughly. I took my RV into Transdiesel of Central Florida where I talked with Kevin. From the onset, Kevin was very professional and very polite. He also had a calming effect on me as I had never experienced problems of this nature with my RV. I was blessed to have a warranty on my RV. Kevin asssured me that he would work with the warranty company which he did. He installed an Allison rebuilt transmission with a two year unlimited warranty. My only responsibility was my copay. Transdiesel did everything they said they would do and more. If you have any transmission need, I encourage you to contact Kevin at Transdiesel. I am confident that you will be satisfied just as I was.

After a quick test drive, Kevin initially diagnosed the probable cause of the problem which after a more through investigation turned out to be the case. The repair was quick and completely solved the issue. I highly recommend them. Very professional service techs that have been there a long time (almost unheard of now days).
