Five stars all around I came in. Dorman and the nice lady at the front I didn’t get her name, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and honest and super thorough. I had a ton of questions because I’m a person of ADHD and she helped answer all of them for me. She was even gonna FaceTime with me to show me how bad things were on the brakes . I needed a part for my brakes, which wasn’t holding pressure. We ended up finding the root cause of it, which all other shops neglected to tell me they listed out everything in terms of fair price they showed me what my options were we ended up replacing the entire brake system because it was not something I wanted to ever deal with at least for the next 10 years. I appreciate their honesty. They gave me a veterans discount so that’s awesome. Super helpful. They did what no other Mechanic has done for me which is identify future problems for me so I don’t run into them on the highway or I don’t run into them down the road where it’s gonna cause more damage to my car. They were super effective and helpful at reducing my future costs.

HIGHLY recommend!! Dorman & Adam was helpful. Going to car places scares me cause ladies, IYKYK😭but it felt welcoming. They won’t rip you off and will advise you. Would definitely come back. Trust and comfort is important to me.

Celeste was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. The mechanics and staff were also very friendly and down to earth, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. They got everything taken care of quickly, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Ordered 2 tires late Friday night online. Got a call from Celest Saturday am confirming tire was in and I can come by at my convenience. I'm super busy and I'm taking time out to let SoDo area where to go get tires even if you prefer online and have them install. Trust me. I'm picky. Great team!
