Unfortunately, this car has had a long history of problems and went out on me on the interstate. Gratefully, I was able to find Speedy Mobile Mechanic. I contacted him and he was able to come out immediately and meet me where I was. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to help me get my car back on the road, but not only that he identified other problems I had and was able to get all the parts and have them installed the same day! My car now rides perfect!! He was very committed and passionate about his job and took great care of my car. If you are in Orlando area and looking for a mobile mechanic don’t hesitate to call Speedy Mobile Mechanic you won’t be disappointed.

I am rating this business with a 1 star simply because of the lack of communication and double crossing. When I first met Shelton everything went smooth, he was polite, and he did excellent work on my car. What I didn't appreciate about Shelton was his dishonesty about what he charged me, his poor communication via text messages, and lack of ownership for his mistakes. To keep this short, Shelton replaced 4 of my brakes, pads, and in addition charged me for some brake cleaner lubricant cans which I did not agree to. When I confronted him via text, he basically played it off acting as if he didn't purchase them and that he would give what was unused back to me-which he did not. When we met in person to discuss it further, he circled the amounts of what he charged me, and the misunderstanding was cleared up and everything was copacetic or so I thought. I asked him for a receipt he did on my other vehicle back in January '25 and he was slow about responding and appeared to have an attitude ever since I confronted him about the additional charge from the other vehicle. Even though he apologized he did not appear sincere, and he was slow about responding to my text messages always had an excuse why he didn't answer. Here it is a month later and I still don't have my receipt, so unprofessional. I will say Shelton does good work but he is dishonest and makes false promises. When you apologize and keep doing the same offense repeatedly you are not genuinely sorry. Be aware and make sure to always ask for the original receipt and double checked that he didn't over charge you for something you didn't ask or agree to. I don't trust him, and I don't want anyone else to have a terrible experience like I did.
