I've been living in Orlando for over a decade and had never found a reliable, transparent auto shop to take my car to until now. I discovered this shop on Groupon and am so thankful for it. During the inspection for my oil change, Jose noticed some repairs needed to be made and safely escorted me under my car so I could physically see the damaged parts myself. Not only did he compete the oil change faster than I thought it would be done, he advised me on which parts to purchase and gave me a great quote for the work needing to be done. I was able to afford the work and parts a month later and Jose really took care of me. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the price and high quality of service. Thank you Jose!

Fast and excellent auto repair. The owner and the workers were straight forward and reasonable.Process was excellent. I got my valve cover gasket replaced and it was done same day. Excellent work!! Will be back for all. Jose was the best mechanic ever!!

I just want to say first and foremost, the service at this place was extremely mortified. My girlfriend went into the shop today and was completely disrespected by the staff and the owner on multiple levels! She had an appointment scheduled, and when she walked in expecting to get seen by a specialist, they told her that she had to wait 30 minutes before our car could get the work done. We were specifically told that we needed to set an appointment. After 20 minutes going back-and-forth with one of the staff members, the owner came in and started being disrespectful to my girlfriend! I did not appreciate that at all. The owner was rude. He used foul language and told us we could get A refund when all we needed was our car serviced for an oil change. We are never coming back to this location, and I don’t recommend anybody giving these guys their service ever!

I was going to go here for an oil change but after reading all the reviews I'll pass. For the company owners, I get it some people are unsatisfied but its your response to those customers thats turn off. I train companies to provide better customer service and your responses to customer reviews is loosing you business. I'd be happy to put together a plan for you to increase your reputation which will Increase your business.

I will start by saying it’s really hard for me to write a bad review. But I had to make an exception . This has been THE WORST customer service I’ve ever received in my life! I made an appointment for 4pm last Tuesday for an oil change with Azeddine. I arrived at 3:50pm the man was talking on his phone. I told him I made an appointment he said he had to go but I could come back the following day at 4pm and he would take care of me. I was a bit shocked but he seemed agitated and I said alright. When I arrived the following day at 3:50pm he had another car already mounted on the ramp and said he couldn’t help me and that in order to do an oil change I had to come in early in the day because they usually “ran out of the oil” by the end of the day . I was pissed but since I had already bought this damn Groupon I just said ok and walked away. I waited a whole week to call them back. I made an appointment online this morning and called after to make sure they would secure my spot. The person on the phone was very rude and kept making excuses when I brought up my concerns about my experience last week. He even said how “the closer tends to leave at 3:30pm”. if that is the case then why is there an appointment option for 4pm? Why does it say the shop closes at 5pm on the website? Im sure the person on the phone was the same guy who attended me last week as they both had the same heavy accent. He asked for my name and even asked if “I was the person who wrote a bad review of them on Google” I said that wasn’t me, he THEN secured my spot for the oil change. Today I arrived at 3:45pm. My appointment was once again at 4pm with Azeddine. There was a car already mounted on the ramp. He saw me and said “yea I know why you’re here but you’re gonna have to wait a while cuz I got a girl in front of you”. I just smiled and said ok. At 4:15pm he said “hey get your car here cuz I’m about to leave” then told me to prop my car on the ramp and, when I was unable to do so as quickly as he wanted me to , he got frustrated and demanded me to get out of the car so he could do it. He kept complaining as he did my oil change. At the end I said “thank you” and all he said was “bye” then added “you need to rotate your tires” in an annoyed tone and walked away. Not once did he apologize for the experience nor said thanks for coming in. The process took 15 mins. All this hassle for 15 mins.it took me longer to write this review. I will NEVER come back to this establishment. Please save your money. I would’ve never come back if it wasn’t for the Groupon I had already purchased. PS. Here’s the bad review you asked me about on the phone since clearly you really wanted another one added to your list. Thanks again for the oil change and good luck to you and your shop.
