They are AMAZING! My car stalled on a Friday night while I was checking into a hotel. I had AAA tow me to a nearby trusted shop, and since Riker’s Automotive was one of the only shops open on Saturday, we had it towed there. They opened at 7am and answered my call right away. When I called about my car, they already knew it was there, had the issues noted in the file, and gave me a diagnosis and quote within an hour. By 8am, they were already ordering parts. Every time I called, everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They had my car fixed and ready to go by around 3:30pm and even allowed flexible pickup and online payment since I couldn’t make it there before they closed at 5pm. Once I picked it up, it drove beautifully and has been doing great ever since. They also told me the repair came with a national warranty, which was awesome since I didn’t know the company beforehand. The fact that they got my car back up and running within hours on a Saturday was incredible. If it weren’t for them, I would’ve been stuck in Orlando for several unexpected days. 10/10 customer service and work all around. Thank you!!

Service was fine overall, but I felt the communication could be slightly better during busy hours. Still, they replaced my tires correctly and checked alignment afterward. Car feels stable now, especially during cornering. I would consider coming back for routine checks.

We were on vacation in the Orlando area and had trouble with water dripping onto the passenger side floor up front. They told me they didn't take reservations but if I came the next morning first thing they would get ready to it and they did an hour later the car was fixed and we were on our way. I'm so appreciative of the honest service that we had as I'm sure many people are apprehensive about getting their car fixed out of town I would have no trouble going back there again.thank you again. First off the mechanic Nathan was very good, I deal with him for now on due to how attentive he was. Now the front desk, Elwin was the only one excited to see them find the issue when I took my car to three other shops that couldn’t figure it out. He’s the only one that shook my hand and was grateful for my business. He wasn’t even the one that cashed me out and there was 4 other guys there yet he was the only one thanking me. I will only deal with him.

I would give the labor service here about 4 stars. I've been here a couple times before, and the mechanical services were done well and never had any further issues. The low score is for my most recent visit. I came in about 11:00/11:15 am for a wheel rotation, oil change, and preventative maintenance. I have visited this and other first come first serve shops, and understand a decent wait time is going to be 90 minutes-2 hours. The average wait time for my car with the services I needed above is about 2 hours. I completely understand it would be a brief wait, and I'm a pretty patient person. Anything more than that, I would've gotten an uber and come back to at a later time. Fast forward the whole day, and the shop wasn't done with my car until 4:00 pm. It was a 4+ HOUR wait. The wait time isn't the biggest issue, it's the lack of communication. It was a Monday and a non holiday weekend, and moving pretty slow. I overheard other customers being told their wait was 2 hours, and there must've been a dozen or more people being called from the front desk staff to pick up their car for oil and tire services. I kept thinking I'll be the next person eventually. But no. Two women even came in an hour or more after me with oil change and tires, and they left within an hour/90 minutes. None of the staff explained why my car was taking all day. At 3pm, I only asked one time how much longer it might be because I might have someone pick me up. Alvin took a look at the owners manual because of the inspection I asked about earlier and he mentioned it was a good time for the coolant to be replaced, and I was like great. But he wasn't sure it could be done before the end of the day - keeping in mind the shop wouldn't close for another 3 hours and I had been there for 3+ hours. I said, well, I'd like for someone to pick me up now and if it's easier I can come by tomorrow morning so there's no rush. All of a sudden as I'm waiting for my ride at 4pm, my car is ready to go with all the services done. During checkout, no one brought up the preventative inspection for the brakes, transmission, and engine. I asked, and Alvin merely said "nope, it all looks good." No further elaboration or anything. When I looked at my receipt, in the Other category it just says "brakes?". Now I'm questioning if my car was looked at especially since adding the coolant service went from 'might not be done by the end of the day' to 'done within an hour'. On top of that, before my service began, Alvin came to me and asked if I knew why some stranger's name was registering on my key fob or with my car. It was very weird and confusing given I had been there two or three times before, and never knew anything about it this and I own my car. Nobody explained what they were talking about or why they were bringing up a stranger being named on my car or service history, or whatever the case was. By the end of the day, I didn't even care to ask. I was really nothing but patient and courteous the whole time sticking to the guest room, and didn't even bring up the long wait while I was there. After waiting all day and zero communication it felt like ''here's where to pay and have a nice day'. Very disappointing experience.
