Orlando Tire Repair

Late as could be, got a hold of these folks near midnight they had somebody to my location within 45 minutes. They said they would be there in 45 minutes and they actually were! Decent brand new Tire, correct size and more importantly had me back on the road tonight. Gentleman that arrived had a great attitude and seemed genuinely glad to be able to help. Did not just seem like a man who showed up for a paycheck it seems like someone who actually enjoys serving other people! Cannot say enough good about this business or the people that they send up they are amazing!

These guys are awesome. blew out two tires on my dualie. They showed up an hour after I called, with two new tires and mounted and balanced on the spot and had me back on the road quick.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!. Thank you Robert for outstanding service.

I hit a brick one night two weeks ago (horrible timing, I had to catch a business flight the next day), I needed help taking out the lug nuts since the tire shop where I got my rims at had used a high impact tool. So the lug nuts wouldn’t budge with a regular lug wrench, the whole family tried helping, but no avail. It’s late (8pm) so I decide to call this business, and when the guy picks up he sounds like I’m interrupting him from something important. I explain that I need someone to come out to help remove a tire for me so I can pop in the spare tire and hopefully get my tire patched when I come back from the work trip. The dude takes like 10 seconds to respond with “okay? I need tire information”. That rubbed me the wrong way but I let it slide because I just need help. So I explain that I already have a spare tire, no need to bring a replacement. He takes a long time to respond again. Then he tells me “okay, text your address and we can send a guy over.” I say “okay”, and in that second he just hangs up. I figured that he meant to text the number I just called, so I do. And I get no response for 20 minutes. I call them back and the same guy answers and I ask if they got my messages, he says yes. So I ask if there’s someone coming, he says something about “several drivers all over the city” and hangs up. In that moment I get a “I’ll call you back” text. He never calls back. I call again, I don’t get an answer, I text “Is someone able to come out soon?”, again no answer. I now it’s around 9:30pm and I decide leave my car where it is (on the street of a friend’s house) and I go home to get some sleep before my 6 am flight the next morning. Two weeks later (yesterday, as of writing this) I arrive back to Orlando, and the first thing I do is attempt to take the lug nuts off again. My friends help out and we get nowhere again. No progress. I decide to call the same business (hoping that if I called earlier in the day, I would get better results with their customer service). The same guy answers and I the whole time I’m explaining my situation again to him, sounds from his phone can be loudly and audibly heard. This guy is SCROLLING through Facebook reels while I’m talking to him. And as I’m done talking I wait for him to respond. Nothing. I clear my throat and ask if he needs any more information or anything. Dawg, I am annoyed at this point. He tells me the same thing. “Send your address”, followed by “we have one guy out right now and he’s one hour away”. “Oh, an hour? That’s fine, as long as he gets here.” “Yes…” he responds…. Awkward pause. “Okay I’ll send you the address”. “Yes, send the address…” I send the address. “I sent it. Hello?… do you need anything else?”. “Yes send pictures of your lug nut so we can have the right tool.” “Okay I’ll do that… do I hang up?” Awkward pause. HES STILL SCROLLING THROUGH FACEBOOK REELS. I can hear them the whole time and he’s not even watching them through completion so it’s one sound after another. He’s literally scrolling on the same cellphone he’s using to answer business calls. “Yes, we’re good.” All I say is “okay, bye.” I am livid. Livid at this point. I send the picture of the lug nut and the key I’ve been using. I don’t get any answer from them but all I can do is hope that they got the images. 40 minutes later I get “ I do not have that key so I won't be able to show up on that job because I don't have the key fit boy you can probably get get it from Pep Boys to buy but I don't have one I had it and it break up”. WHAT??? I sent a picture of me holding a key? I tell them “ I have two keys that fit the lug nut.” The dude doesn’t answer. Four minutes later I decide to call again. After three attempts of failed calls and one that rung but never answered I wait till 8:32pm (making my total wait time an hour and a half.) after that I decided I was done with this company. If I could give it zero stars out of sheer anger I would. Unprofessional behavior, honestly. Got my tire fixed today by another company, use any other tire repair service if you’re reading this.

Called them and said will text when on the way. Then, I waited a four hours so I called back and he said will stop by the next morning at 8am. About 8:30am with no answers to text/calls, I had to call someone else. Unreliable.

Highly recommend. Fast, proficient and professional. And very good prices especially for an after hours call at 8PM. Thank you again.
