I went there just recently and my experience was not good. Now the customer is great depending on who you talk to, however I needed some used tires, I called before I drove to the location. I was told they had the tires I needed and it would be $100 flat including installation. I got there, and after the they put the tires on, I noticed it was not the exact size I called prior for, so they lied. And one of the tires they replaced had a plug in it. When I spoke to the guy behind the desk he said it was fine and if I had any issues to come back. However I definitely will not be returning there. Purchased the car on a Tuesday, by Saturday morning the same tire I was worried about (with the plug) was flat. Moral of the story if they lie to get you to show up, probably not some place you should be shopping.

They did my wife’s car yesterday 2015 Kia Sorrento guy in the office literally told me he watched his guys on camera not torque the lug nuts. I’m sitting here at another tire shop. All I wanted to do is take my family to the beach now I have the tire shop right now at this very second, 8:18 AM Telling me they sold me bad tires and they also didn’t balance them correctly. I’m here spending another $60 do not take your car here anybody with a brain that reads reviews do not take your Here He was trying to send a guy out to my house just to make sure the lug nuts were tighten to cover his own ass, but I’m $130 in the hole With two shitty tires here I go to spend it again thank you so much For being very responsible I will also be sharing this on Facebook and letting Every tire shop I go to give them word-of-mouth of bad service you guys do I will spend my day making sure the world knows this place sucks

So professional and reliable. I go other places and the service is poor, I have to go back the next day bc of shoddy work or they don't have my size tire. Will definitely use Miguel Tire Services exclusively.

WASTE OF TIME VERY RUDE THEY CHANGED 2 FRONT TIRES AND AFTER I LEFT IT FELL OFF. THE OWNER MIGUEL SAID THEIR NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT WHEN THEY INCORRECTLY PUT THE TIRES ON. THIS WOULD BE THE SECOND TIME I HAVE GOTTEN MY TIRES CHANGED THE FIRST TIME THE OWNER MIGUEL SAID WE NEEDED SPACERS THE VERY FIRST TIME WE GOT THE TIRE CHANGED AND NEVER SAID WE WERE MISSING ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE TIRE AND THE TIRES WERE STILL ABLE TO BE CHANGED WITHOUT FALLING OFF. THE NEXT DAY I CAME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND THEN THE OWNER MIGUEL SAID WE WERE MISSING SOMETHING AFTER THE TIRE FELL OFF BUT THE FIRST TIME IT WAS NOT BROUGHT UP AND REFUSED TO GIVE THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION. THEY HAVE MANY PEOPLE WORKING ON YOU AND THEY FORGET THINGS AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AT ALL!!!

Thank you for the tires but I will definitely be suing this place , I went in to get 2 used tires , 2 different guys were doing it ! As I’m being told have a good day once complete I notice my car is shaking terribly bad down the high way with kids in my car . I called and they confessed to not tightening a certain part of the tire me walking out of there paying full price and now have to find someone to fix it is insane !! People should never walk away without making sure everything was tightened then they have the nerve to say I left right away , NO your worker told me have a good day that it was completed!
