I want to give credit to the owner for his honesty and quick intake; he was very straightforward and didn't take advantage of me with unnecessary add-ons. That said, the communication regarding timing needs improvement. I emphasized a specific deadline due to childcare constraints, but the vehicle was not finished on time, forcing me to Uber with my son back to the shop. I highly recommend that the team better assess their daily workload before promising a completion time to a client. If in the future I needed anything else, I did say I would return. Although the schedule did not pan out, I appreciated getting my car fixed correctly. Thank you so much.

I went to Jr Auto repair approximately 5 years ago to have my alternator replaced. I have tools and I’m mechanically capable but was short on time and patience. I took my older white van to their shop for a new alternator; I received a rebuilt part. Jr…the owner was not there and his 16ish y/o son checked me out, this process was not refined. Early the next day I noticed the driver rear quarter panel was dented and creased. There was evidence of an effort to repair and conceal. There was no reason to confront since they would probably just double down on the deception. They charged me $800, last month I put a new alternator in myself. Find an honest mechanic.

I had a great experience with Jr. when I called about fixing my window, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and found me the best price for the parts. I got a great deal on the repair, the other mechanic down the road tried to charge me double what Junior ended up charging me. he is a very helpful mechanic and helped figure out the root cause of my window issues to prevent this problem from ever arising again. Staff is very kind. The mechanics are very efficient and had my car fixed very quickly and even offered to drive me to and from work if I dropped off my car. Will definitely be using them again for any future maintenance or repairs!

unfortunately, I read the negative reviews when it was too late and they turned out to be accurate. this shop had my car for almost 2 weeks total, charged me $3k, and 2 months later ... the exact same problem came back as if it was never fixed. I then took my car to the dealership of its brand and they have to redo everything this shop supposedly fixed. and of course, JR Auto Repair only takes Zelle or cash so there's no way to get your money back after you realize they stole from you. Junior asked me to bring my car back so they can take a look, but I have no faith in this shop to get things done properly. my car is too important for their incapable hands. Junior has a terrible attitude and you can tell by his sassy responses to the negative reviews that he is absolutely guilty of being a scammer. on top of being a scammer, the shop is overall unprofessional. I had to text and call several times for updates on my car. the price went up every time we spoke. they left hand prints all over hood and interior of the car. all on top of not actually fixing anything. overall, I feel taken advantage of. Junior asked me my age and commented that he thought I was much younger and he also asked what I do for a living as I have a nice car. he also made sure to mention before he even saw the car how expensive repairs can be on it just based off the brand. to me, he saw a young woman with a nice car and decided I would be an easy target, and I fell for it. please, do NOT bring your car to this shop. Junior absolutely is a salesman and he will say anything to get you to agree with him. do not make the same VERY EXPENSIVE mistake I made. UPDATE: Junior must have me confused with another customer. He replied to my review saying he had my car 4 months ago and that the cost was nowhere near $3K. You can see from the REPAIR INVOICE that he received my car on 1/16/26 and gave it back to me on 1/24/26 for a total of $2,460. I had to give my car to him a second time on 2/4/26 and spent another $213.99 with him. So yes, the total was close to $3K and no, it was not four months ago.

This place was GREAT! I took my SUV in because of rough idling and sluggish acceleration. They diagnosed and repaired same day. No upselling and fair transparent pricing. If you need a trusted mechanic look no further.
