Deceptive Advertising and Sales Practices at Greenway Hyundai. ​I am writing to formally log a complaint against Greenway Hyundai regarding deceptive sales practices, predatory pricing, and failure to honor corporate online listings. ​Over a two-day period, my family and I attempted to purchase a vehicle listed online with an asking price of $25,384. The management team at this location repeatedly engaged in hostile bait-and-switch tactics. Specifically, they attempted to arbitrarily inflate the vehicle's base price above $35,000, then subsequently offering a $4,000 "discount" to disguise a massive markup over the publicly advertised online price. ​Throughout negotiations, they added undisclosed fees and failed to be transparent about the vehicle's history regarding the only prior, yet debilitating accident. Furthermore, despite the vehicle being listed as pre-certified on the Hyundai website, the GM Sales Manager, relaying through his staff, demanded an additional $461 to apply the pre-certification to the vehicle (bringing the total cash offer next to $28,000 with Tax, Tags, and Title). ​Because the dealership refused to honor the vehicle's corporate listing as advertised without hidden fees, we walked away from the transaction. Please be advised that my family will never do business with this location from hereon. This location is actively damaging the Hyundai brand reputation, and I expect this matter to be formally reviewed.

Purchased a used vehicle on Saturday September 24th. Before to purchase my husband test drove the vehicle. The car salesman, Abraham road along in the back seat with me, my son was in the front passenger seat. During that time Abraham told me that the vehicle cost ,$19, 800 and when we got out of the vehicle he referenced the stickers on the window and that it stated the same price. At that time I did tell him that I was visually impaired, because I could not see the sign my husband looked at it and confirmed that it was that price. My credit which is in the 700s did qualify me for that car and probably even something better and less expensive than what this turned out to be. When I came home I was able to look at the paperwork and I saw that the price of $19,800 was nowhere and my paperwork. Back at this car dealership the lighting was very dark and my husband guided me through signing all the documents. Nonetheless I contacted Abraham that same night stating what I found in the paperwork. He explained that the total included tax. However, and calculating the amounts listed it was determined that the car was sold to me at a higher price. He also mentioned before the sale that I was purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle that had several amenities attached to it. Additionally I contacted Abraham again on Tuesday and I told him that I could not afford the vehicle based on the price and the insurance that I must carry now. I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me and return the car would result in a voluntary possession and an impact my credit. The bottom line is and looking back on this transaction, I did tell him that I was visually impaired and from that point I do believe that I was taking advantage of. I have contacted the financing company and they basically said the same thing. However, it was only 2 Days later, on Tuesday morning. Considering my visual limitation I purchased this vehicle and sign those documents in good faith. I would definitely encourage anyone who look to purchase a car from this dealership to carefully review your paperwork and if you have any type of limitation as I do just don't purchase from them. Like I said I do feel that I was taking advantage of and was not able to return a vehicle that I did not want for several reasons including feeling cheated, within just a few days. Buyers beware! They don't just take advantage of normal people they take advantage of the handicapped as well. I do plan to contact proper authorities regarding this matter. Jessie

Excellent service! In September, I gave Greenway Hyundai Orlando Service Department my 2015 Kia Forte EX for major and minor services. After driving my serviced vehicle for 3 weeks, I am a very satisfied customer. I had bad motor mounts which made my vehicle vibrate like crazy; with the new motor mounts installed there’s no vibration, it’s day and night! I got my Coolant, Transmission and Brake fluids flushed and exchanged, while also replacing my brake pads and brake rotors. That too has improved my driving experience. My rear driver side taillight and trunk weatherstrip had water leaks and my wiper blades were old. All got replaced, no more water leaks and I can see better when it rains. I was also able to drive now and pay along the way with their Sunbit program with its flexible 3, 6, or 12 month payment plans (I chose 6 month plan). Overall, I am very satisfied by the serviced performed on my vehicle. I have complete trust in the service department and will be returning to get my transmission tuned and for further services.

Went in to purchase a new car and they tried to get us to pay $15000 over the price plus taxes, etc. Cars may be at a premium, but that is highway robbery - don't trust these guys!

The worst customer service , we asked for help and the lady from service advisor was super rude, unprofessional, useless !! Never ask her for help , find another persons to help you
