I took my elderly dads Accord in for a fluid leak and was told the following day that it would cost $750. I thought that price was steep but agreed for them to do the work anyway. I left Orlando the following day, heading home to Texas. I received a call from my dad four days after the repair, saying the leak is still there. I had my nephew take the car back to First Choice. I called the shop while he was there and spoke to the owner. Letting him know that it is the break fluid that was leaking. The owner said that it will cost me another $500. I asked what was the $750 for? He said that it was for the Valve cover gasket, Solenoid Gasket, Air filter and 4 spark plugs which totaled $147.90 Which was not what I took it in for in the first place. He charged me over $550 for 1 hour of labor. More than what my lawyer charges. It makes me wonder, did they really do any work on the car? I told my nephew to take the car somewhere else. He did and paid $400 and the job was done correctly. I do not recommend this business. I would give them a zero star if it was possible.

I know I can rely on them and they are always feasible as far as prices go. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and looked out for me even when I didn't want to hear it. Anything they can do to help you get by they do willingly. They're very time conscious and honest people. I recommend all of my friends and family to go there. Me being a single woman I always feel comfortable confiding in them and all of my family uses them as well just based off of my good experience I have had. I would definitely recommend this shop take it from someone who has been doing business with them for over four years.
