Definitely was not a good experience with this repair shop. Car was brought in on Monday called to check on the estimated promised it would be done in the am Wednesday come didn't hear nothing. Called a tow truck to pick up my car the guy called immediately with an excuse of being out of town an just got back funny he made it when the tow truck came. Since my car was sitting for 4 days not being looked at. They held my car from being towed an charged me 145 storage fees for basically waiting for them to work on the car. Guy refuses to take the payment over the phone, making it very hard for me to get my car over to a more professional shop. The bottom line is the service was terrible the guy was rude, unreasonable. Very unprofessional making me pay a storage fee when he suppose to be at the shop working on the car.

Paid for my ac to get fixed, they simply put Freon in there. Paid for oil change, didn’t even put oil in the car. Paid for spark plug they only replaced 3 out of 6 plugs. Ask to get my power steering fixed and said they couldn’t do it. At the end I got charged over $900 for water pump, battery and motor mount. Brought a mechanic with me to show them what they didn’t do, but they didn’t really care to fix the issue. Those guys have no good work ethics.
