I went here just To redo my front brakes, I brought my own factory brakes got them done. They was squeaking afterwards and my brake pads were loose and missing pieces. Call the owner he fast talk me told me oh well not his problem because I went somewhere else to get it checked horrible business horrible business do not take your car there.
View on GoogleI had a very bad experience with this business. The owner acted in bad faith by manipulating information and hiding important details during the financing process for a set of tires. He never properly explained the financing plans or terms. While “helping me,” he took my phone without permission and closed the browser tabs where I was reviewing the contract myself. Even worse, I never received the tires, yet the financing company started charging me monthly payments. I’ve requested a cancellation multiple times, and he keeps saying “it’s already done,” but there’s no proof that anything was actually canceled. I feel he constantly tries to deceive customers and justifies his actions using unwritten and unsupported store policies. ⚠️ I do not recommend this place. If you’re considering doing business here, read everything carefully, don’t hand over your phone, and demand written proof of every step.

I asked the guy if he would do a oil change for me. I have my own oil and my own filters. Well, he gave me a price of $40 but after I got there, he decided to charge me $50 no problem. This guy was all up under my hood trying to find things I guess so he did not change my oil he drained the oil took the oil that he drained out of my 2024 RAV4 my oil is never dirty. He drained the oil put it back in and kept my gallon of Mobile oil bad business once before they tried to overcharge me and tell me that I needed a whole AC system please beware of the mechanic up there. They are not doing good business.

View on GoogleWorse tire shop I’ve been to. unacceptable how they treat and talk to their customers. Don’t be cheap spend the money just not at Chad’s tires cause it’s not worth the disrespect you would deal with. Worse part about it is the disrespect comes from the OWNER not the employees. I used to pass every tire shop to get to them but now I’ll NEVER spend another dollar there.
