I can’t recommend C & G Auto Center enough! We were on our family vacation in Orlando, Florida in May 2026. My husband was on his way to pick up my big kids at the airport when our 2015 Mercedes Sprinter’s A/C compressor ceased, the belt broke and my man ended up on the side of a FL highway in the blazing hot sun. I found C & G Auto Center on a Google Search and how thankful we are that we found them! Phil was absolutely fantastic. I was frantic when I called - I was so worried about my husband and my stranded kids. He listened attentively, offered his tow rep (if we didn’t want to use our insurance tow) and assured me he could take care of us. He did more than that. His team went above and beyond, staying late just to complete the repair before the weekend hit. Surprisingly, we were able to pick it up at the end of the next business day. He also called an UBER to get my husband home to us and called it again when we needed to go back to the shop to pick up our beast. He was straight with us and walked us through what happened and what was necessary and recommended to get our van fixed. If we lived here, we’d be customers for life. Our great thanks to Phil and his top notch team!

I sent my b m w to c and g auto.Center to have a check on issues that the engine was having.When it comes to sputtering. Sent my vehicle to them and they did a diagnosis which cost $500 just to tell me that they don't know exactly what the issue is.And I would have to pay five grand in order to figure out if it will fix the issue or not. I sent them my car and they left it in this condition.I would not recommend this to anyone else.I suggest you stay far away from this company. They didn't even have the decency to put my car back together.Just because I wouldn't pay the five grand to fix it. But still charge me five hundred dollars for the diagnosis. Call and they said that they did not have the time to put it back together do to the tow truck. That is a bad excuse. There was no call to me informing they needed time or anything. This is very unprofessional.

C&G Auto really saved us on our last Orlando vacation. My Subarus serpentine belt broke as we were leaving our Universal hotel on the last day of our vacation. We had absolutely no power steering so, of course, we panicking. After a quick Google of nearby garages, C&G had glowing praises from locals and tourists alike. They were able to receive our vehicle and have it repaired same day. Truly a magical experience. They were so incredibly kind, communicative, quick, and reasonably priced! I couldn’t believe how easy they were to deal with. It made an otherwise terrible experience actually enjoyable! Thanks again Jamie and the rest of the team at C & G.

My review is more of a customer service suggestion. I receive mailers from C&G frequently as someone who has been a customer in the past I assume. I receive so many I could get an oil change weekly and still have coupons left over. It was time for my car to receive an oil change so I decided to try C&G again. I had not been to them in quite some time. I made a proper appointment and got to the location well before my appointment time. When I got there the gentleman assisting me offered me an oil change starting at $115. I explained I had a coupon for an oil change in which his reply was “those can only be used if you are here before 10am”. Nowhere on this mailer does it say there is a time window. There is wording about the amount of quarts and types of cars this works for but nothing that states you need to drop off your car before 10am. A good customer service move would have been to honor my appointment, because you have room for the oil change, and politely explain in the future you can’t honor them after 10am. A better suggestion would be to add the restrictions on your mailers if you are going to send them out to gain customers. How are we supposed to know we need to be there before 10? If afforded the opportunity for you to take my car in you would have also seen that there are additional service items that I need done on my car that I am aware of. So you didn’t just turn away a $30 oil change you also turned away a few thousand dollars worth of work. Customer service goes a long way. I will continue my search for a mechanic to work on my vehicle

If you’re in Orlando FL area and need vehicle servicing…. I was traveling on business from out of town. AC went out Monday night at 8pm. Scheduled a 10am appt the next day at C&G Auto Services, and man was I impressed when I walked in the door. Looks more like a Doctors office than a Repair shop. Neat, clean, welcoming environment. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable service manager. Diagnosed the problem, contacted my warranty provider, and kept me informed every step of the way. They have set the bar really high for anyone that I deal with down the road. If there was a 7th star, I’d choose that. Trustworthy & honest. Absolutely recommend without reservation. Job well done.
