As as business owner I hate giving bad reviews but your attitude tells me everything so I came in to get a patch on my daughters car no biggie 25.00 no biggie while sitting there one customer comes in because he was told Friday his part would be in Tuesday he’s waiting around complaining because they personally don’t have a receipt because he zelled the money to the owner ( first you can’t mix business money with personal that’s illegal) They finally say ups says next Monday but of course they didn’t call him about that delay . but any ways they patch I thank and I tip this is 330pm the next morning 745am I get a call from my daughter she’s at school same tire flat to the rim . So me being a business owner I want to tell and show them it’s flat and what again would be a good time time bring it up now here comes this companies customer service instead of automatically saying sure bring it up let us check it out he says in defense ooo maybe it’s another leak !! I’ve seen it before happens all the time ! Lol I say the odds are low he says “well I see it papa “ I end up saying look I didn’t come to argue or ask for my money I’m showing you and I’m trying to get it back here attitude calms down and he says o sure bring it I’ll check. ,,, keep the 25 one thing about tire companies a dime a dozen……update so I went to Elia used tire after buying a new tire to get put on not wanting to deal with this problem from a used well as soon as he took it off he instantly told me the problem was tire not calling correctly because of to much grime on inside probably from fix a flat and they should have cleaned it before and they could have charged me which I would not of minded here’s a pic of rim they were cleaning it when taken it was baddd
