Loved my experience & Champions and my 2017 Jeep Renefade looks at least 43x better than it did when I bought it. Mike & Juliana are pros and incredibly easy to work with (unlike 97.98% of the other knucklehead mechancis 'round Miami). Highly recommend you get yer wheels in here next time you need body work. I came in with my bumper all dinged up from another Miami shop that did a horrible job on a small fender-bender, made my bumper even worse. The Fiat/Alfa Romeo dealer referred me to this Alfa-certified shop. I’m very satisfied with the job, it looks like nothing happened! I also want to know that I had gotten an estimate from another Alfa shop in Broward, which was much higher so this shop’s estimate was much more reasonable! :)

This is by far one of the most unethical body shops I’ve ever dealt with. Prices change every other day depending on who’s paying — one amount when insurance is involved, a completely different number when it’s coming out of your pocket. Nothing is consistent, nothing is transparent, and nothing feels legitimate. They will quote you one price, then suddenly raise it with zero explanation. There is no accountability and no professionalism. To make it worse, they are not even registered with the US DOT, which should be a massive red flag to anyone considering doing business here. Their business practices are disturbing. Instead of earning customers honestly, they sit around listening to police scanners, waiting for accidents to happen so they can rush over and pressure people into using their shop while they’re stressed and vulnerable. That alone tells you everything you need to know. On top of all that, they charged $800 for a 10–15 minute ride, which is completely absurd and predatory. No breakdown of costs, no justification — just a blatant cash grab. This place thrives on confusion, desperation, and lack of knowledge. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, stay far away. There are plenty of legitimate body shops that don’t scam people when they’re already dealing with an accident.
