Rude people, no wander why the shop was empty. I wanted to get my ball joint replaced, they messed up the lug bolts and blamed it to a previous repair work so they couldn’t do it. I had my oil changed, took about 30 minutes. I brought my own ligui molly oil and original bmw filter. of course there was a left over, about 3 quarts. I saw the guy put it away and when I asked for left over he said go get it. It was 30$ worth of oil they wanted to take it without my approval.

Its a family owned business. I used to come here when the original owners owned it and now the family took over and the service is A1. They treat you like family . Junior is the one i deal with . Hes very knowledgeable and most importantly honest and super respectful. Saved me a ton of cash and headaches by only replacing what was needed then told me to come back to align the car when i mount the new tires which was a couple days later since tires had to be ordered and was no big deal. He works fast and has great time management. If he told me to be there at 9 am i was there and car was being worked on moments later. Job was well done and professional. Junior worked on it himself. Later test drove and assured me everything was great. And it was better than new. I plan on returning to replace my front struts as they're due and he gave me a great price and i have no doubt it will be done right with no worries. That piece of mind is priceless when dealing with any auto repair facility. Go see junior yourself you wont regret it.

Took my car for brakes and disks in the AM. They kept my car all day. Only changed the brake pads (1 hour job). Never called to let me know they couldn't find disks nor to ask if I wanted only pads done. Brakes are mushier than when I brought it in. When I asked mechanic to check, he drove around the block and said, "for the kind of car this is, it works fine". Told me to come back "when I find the brake disks" which I immediately found on an auto parts store nearby with a phone call and the VIN, so apparently I also have to do half of the job. Would not recommend.

Oh how i wish i could give these guys a lower rating. Back and forth with them for 2 months, $$ in uber costs, because they did not put the rack and pinion in correctly, they said they fixed it, only to find out two months later that the seals blew out again and now im pouring PS fluid everywhere. They were good in the beginning years, but something changed over time, service sucks in 2018.
