I had a car accident in my Chevy Corvette and was really stressed about the whole situation, but this body shop made everything so easy. They quickly arranged tow service and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the repairs were completed right on time as promised. The quality of the work was outstanding—my Corvette looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. I truly appreciate their efficiency, attention to detail, and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work after an accident.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto body shop. From the initial cost, to the inspection of the car and how they work with the insurance company made my life easier. The location is new and clean. The office is more like a medical office clean than an auto body shop. It’s very organized and thorough and they kept me informed all the way. Car came out looking new. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I brought my Cadillac Escalade here after an accident that was not my fault. The shop originally agreed to repair the damage for about $2,000, but later billed the at-fault insurance over $5,454 and took in total more than $6000. The quality of work is unacceptable - the paint on the repaired side doesn’t match the rest of the vehicle (see photos). They left white residue and overspray on the panels and sensors, and even damaged my wipers and glass from poor sanding and polishing. The interior was returned dirty and leather damage even though no work was needed inside. When I asked for documentation, they delayed for weeks and only gave me altered paperwork after I’d already picked up the car. They promised “factory finish” but instead made my car look worse, lowering its value and hurting my business image. I’ve filed formal complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS), the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for investigation. This shop should be avoided at all costs! Unprofessional, unreliable, and not to be trusted with insurance or any customer vehicle. they caused more damage than they repaired. Additionally Your response is inaccurate and misleading. The original agreement was for about $3,000 total $2,000 under the insurance claim for the right side, and $1,000 $1,500 out of pocket for the left side. I paid you in full as you requested $1000 directly by Zelle (no receipt provided)and you only refunded $500 the discount you offered it while i never asked for it from $1400 to $500, while you billed the at fault insurance over $5,454.96, far above the authorized amount. The paint doesn’t match, there’s overspray and residue, rough sandy surface across the body and glass and trim that also damaged the wipers. Misaligned fender and door gaps,interior scuffs and residue even though no interior work was preformed inside. All confirmed by Cadillac’s collision center and another certified Bodyshop. These matters are already under formal review by FDACS, DFS, and the BBB. I’ll let the state handle it from here.
