Ryan and the team at APEX are class act. I will be sure to return to this location due to their quick response and excellent service. My car was having some issues. I took it to Action Gator/Mavis Tire who charged me $100 for a diagnostic, and quoted me $1837.61 for repairs. These prices seemed excessively high, so I decided to call around. APEX was able to do the same work for a fraction of the cost. APEX was able to get me in the following day. Their quote for the same concerns was only $663.80. I’m glad to have found a car repair shop in the area that is honest and trustworthy. I will be returning to this location for any future concerns and will be sure to sing their praises to others who live in the area. Again… AMAZING service! Having car issues is always stressful, but Ryan and his team made the process seamless.

Great and timely service. Rare find of a shop in CFL with honest work and service. Was recommended here by a friend to fix something in my transmission and they took the time to explain to me what caused it and what will fix it. I found my new auto shop for any further needs so I strongly recommend them!

I was looking for auto repair places within the Winter Garden/ Ocoee area and found Apex Auto Repair because it was the only location with over 40+ 5 stars. I called them looking to fix a broken window, couple burnt out lights and potentially an oil change done. Getting my electronic quote texted to me, they quoted $125 for the oil change, which I declined but needed the window and lights done. Even though I came in saying what I needed fixed, if I didn’t get the work done with them, I was going to be charged $120 for the diagnostic alone. I made an appointment for 10am on Thursday and was quoted about 90 minutes to get the work done (45 minutes for a part they were waiting on, 45 minutes to complete everything). I decided to take an Uber back to my place to rest at home, as the inside of their shop was rather small. 4 hours passed and I hadn’t heard from which made me a little nervous so I called them only to get a full voicemail box. Since I didn’t get a call back, I decided to drive there around 3pm, only to find my car in the same spot with them quoting still another 90 minutes till it’d be done. When asking what was the problem, the part they were waiting on (they went to Auto Zone to get) was the wrong part and they had to go back to Auto Zone to get the correct part. Since I had dinner plans that evening, I had to leave with my car still with a broken window and had to return the next day to finally fix the broken window. Coming back the next day they were quick, I’d say 35 minutes in total, but they didn’t offer me any type of discount for the inconvenience, which was rather discouraging. Both gentlemen were nice and efficient when they finally had the right parts but the lack of communication or willingness to makeup for the inconvenience won’t bring me back unfortunately. Also, be weary of the other reviews on this listing as a good chunk are vague and from profiles who’ve only left a couple views, leads me to believe their legitimacy.

This is the second time I been here, and they continue to impress me, I'm just scared because a good honest mechanic is impossible to find these days so I hope nothing happens to this business. they work efficiently and fast , where else can you find a place like that right now, I hope they continue to prosper 🙏🏾 because I have alot of ideas and projects for them to work on. I'm very satisfied with the work and customer service i received.
