I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu from Affordable Auto Sales / Universal Leasing LLC earlier this year, and this has been one of the most stressful and costly experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, the car had serious safety issues — engine power loss, burning oil smells, traction control failure, and constant warning lights. On multiple occasions, the car dropped down to 20 mph on the highway while my young child was in the vehicle. I immediately reported these issues to David and brought the car back SEVERAL times, but the problems were NEVER fixed. Each time I returned, I was given different explanations (battery, gas pedal, turbo, etc.) and told to pay for more repairs. I have written proof of inconsistent invoices — one invoice totaled $1,134.08, yet days later David quoted a completely different labor cost of $591 by text. This pattern of shifting prices and diagnoses shows a complete lack of transparency. Even though the car was sold “as-is,” Florida law still prohibits fraudulent misrepresentation and the sale of unsafe or unroadworthy vehicles. Selling a car with known or obvious defects without disclosure is not only unethical — it’s illegal under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). I’ve since filed complaints with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) and the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, and I’m disputing all payments through my bank. If you value your safety, your money, and your peace of mind — do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership (DAVID). Keep every document and communication if you already have. What looks affordable up front has cost me far more in repairs, stress, and lost time than it was ever worth.

I've gotten all my cars from David's dealership and his mechanics are the only ones I trust to work on any of my cars! Affordable prices, fast service. I loved the fact that he offered financing as well. I recommend David and his mechanics to all of my friends and family. The owner and staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable about what a vehicle needs and always have the best competitive pricing on parts, labor and service.
