I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris Rickers at Knuckles Deep. My friend referred him to me and i'm so grateful! As a single mom/woman who knows very little about cars it is so important i can take my car to a place and know that i am going to get HONEST answers and feedback and a more than fair price. This guy knows everything about fixing cars, communicates it in a way i can understand, is fast at repairs and he is very knowledgable at finding deals on parts for you too. His wife Skylar helps me with scheduling appointments and she is so sweet and helpful also. I have taken my Escalade to him for many repairs and now i even do my oil change there because even though Tire Kingdom is right next to my house, I'd rather drive 30 min to his shop and have him do it becuase it's still faster! I hate getting my car fixed, it's so stressful but at least I can take it to an honest, family run business who actually cares about their clients and enjoys what they do. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Ricker at Knuckles Deep Automotive by a friend, and I’m so glad I was. He has been servicing my Volvo for many years now, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Ricker is honest, his pricing is always fair, and he truly knows his stuff. On top of that, he’s just an all-around nice guy, which makes the experience that much better. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and Ricker is exactly that. Highly recommend!

No jacked up prices or made up ailments to drive the price up either. He is the only mechanic that will service any of the vehicles my family drive.
