!!!PLEASE READ!!!! I dropped my vehicle off on January 12, 2026 after being assured the shop had experience with this vehicle and could begin working on it. After the first week, communication completely stopped. I called and texted multiple times requesting updates and received no response. I ultimately had to drive two hours to the shop in person — multiple times — just to get information about my own vehicle. During those visits, they assured me that “we will be able to fix it” but the only visible work completed was the removal of the rear engine panel. For nearly a month, I was told they were “working with people in Brazil” and “waiting on a special tool to remove the spark plugs.” This was confusing given that they initially stated they were experienced with these vehicles. Over one month after drop-off, I finally received a formal update stating they had identified an active engine oil leak that would require dropping the powertrain assembly. This was later identified through another shop to be from a flame tune that was placed on the vehicle. I was also told the spark plugs could not be safely removed due to limited service space, and they recommended lowering the powertrain to inspect cylinders with a borescope. The labor quote just to proceed with this inspection was $5,850 (no parts). At the same time, they stated they had not seen signs that typically indicate a severe engine problem. That made the recommendation to drop the powertrain even more questionable. I decided to remove the vehicle and take it elsewhere. Within 3 days, another shop properly diagnosed the issue: a faulty alternator. No powertrain removal. No $5,850 labor inspection. No month-long wait. I also have documented messages and phone call logs showing repeated attempts to get updates that went unanswered after the first week. Exotic vehicles like this require transparency, communication, and accurate diagnostics. Unfortunately, my experience lacked all three. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop to any exotic car owners.
