Let's start with the good. The people here are courteous and kind...which is admittedly difficult to find in this industry. The inspection they did on my vehicle was thorough and included pictures and explanations. That's why this is a 2-star rather than 1-star review...because nobody was surly or rude. The bad. Price. We chose this shop not knowing much about it because we were nearby when our older vehicle (2013) started acting up. Long story short, we went back and forth about OEM parts or after market, labor rates, etc. but at the end of the day after they apparently reduced their labor rate for me and went with after market parts I was charged $800 MORE than the dealership service department quoted me for the exact same repair. $200 of that could be attributed to the initial diagnostic I guess, but even if you take that out...still $600 MORE than what I consider to be the highest priced option for auto repairs (dealerships). Had a nice conversation with the store manager (I think) the next day and he actually confirmed that he called around to several of their competitors and Christian Brothers price was (in his words) 4 or $500 higher! He said he thinks it comes down to their "warranty". They warranty parts and labor (I think) for 36 months or 36k miles (or something like that) vs other shops who simply don't. If you're looking for that particular feature and willing to pay through the nose for it...this place may be for you. If not, I would recommend going somewhere else...even the dealership will be materially cheaper.

Great customer service.! Got the sienns 2023 alighment. Driving good. Just need a little adjustment and they happy to get second fix and car driving perfect.! Highly recommended.!

Tim is knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I like the way this company communicates in detail, with pictures, about your car's health. It gives you a clear picture of what they are talking about, making you more confident that they will repair it honestly. The office is clean, and the music is soothing, making you ponder life ahead of you. My first time hearing the song "I am not alone" by Kari Jobe. It's been almost two months since my husband's hospitalization, and the last journey of Rehab in two days: the ups and downs, the difficulties, and struggles. But I am not alone indeed. God is faithful. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

I had been taking my vehicle to Christian Brothers for a couple years. In the last year, I switched to this location due to a move. In October I went for an oil change and got a new battery. I definitely overpaid for the battery but the convenience was worth it at the time. They did the whole inspection and said there was nothing else to worry about, nothing else in the “yellow” if you will. Flash forward to this spring when my next oil change was due. I took my car in, no issues or concerns other than an oil change. Hours later, they notify me of “required maintenance.” This required maintenance had a total of almost 10k. I was absolutely floored. When I called and pressed more on what exactly was going on, I wasn’t getting any straight answers. I did nothing but the oil change and took my car for a second opinion. Come to find out, none of what was “urgently required” was actually needed. The second mechanic, a family friend of a small auto shop, said that actually a couple things on the list go against what the car manufacturer suggests. As a young woman, this was highly discouraging and CB has lost my trust as a customer. I had been going for a while and thought this company was above scamming young women into spending thousands of unnecessary dollars, maybe it is just the Ocoee location, but I will not be back.

Brought my car in for repairs and was really impressed with the experience from start to finish. The staff was prompt and communicative, and I never felt like I was being rushed or brushed off. They were patient when answering my questions, and even though they worked efficiently, they still took their time to make sure everything was done properly. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with genuine care, but they pulled it off. Definitely a positive experience. Im considering purchasing their auto care because I don’t want anyone else touching my vehicle. Special S/O to Jamison . Such a sweet teddy bear type of guy:) all the other guys are great as well
