I usually go to the dealer for my VW but I have an older model car and the dealer could not fix the issue. I brought it to another auto shop who advised it was an electrical issue that needed an electrical specialist to look at it. They gave me a recommendation, but it was too far from my house so I went to Google reviews !! Next level Auto has excellent reviews with a lot of details so I felt comfortable bringing it there. Willie and his team helped me and everyone was super responsive and honest. The team really knows cars and more importantly they have a great appreciation for automobiles. My car had a complex issue that nobody could really fix and they took the time to diagnose it correctly and fix it. They kept me updated and did their best to finish the job in a timely manner. Willie was fair and reasonable with price. More importantly, the shop stands by its work and he assured me if there's any problems I could bring it back and they would fix it. I waited over a week before posting this review to make sure that the issue was definitively solved. My car is running better than before. I will be using next level auto electric for my VW service. If you are looking for extremely talented and fairly priced auto mechanics, I would highly advise using next level auto electric.
