Howard and his staff are friendly and informative - and one of the few places that could work on my Caravan front wheel drive transmission. Did the work in a timely manner and were easy and personable.

I have been using this auto shop when living in Florida for about 3 decades! Moved to Georgia now for 4 years and whenever I need a second opinion or vehicle fixed I will call them! The main mechanic Howard had literally explained to mechanic up here over the phone how to repair things on my truck or car!!! The mechanic here in GA needed help, charged me for things I didnt need! Thank you Advance/Howard! Thats how great they are! He didnt have to do that, but thats the kind of shop he runs! The Best!!!

I brought my F150 to Howard to have my transmission replaced. After dropping it off, I got a call a couple weeks later saying my car is fixed. I picked it up, but didnt even make it to the i95. My whole car was shaking and making loud noises. I took it back. 2nd time they told me its fixed, I made it only a couple of blocks. Picked up Howard to go on a test drive. I asked him if they did a test drive, he said yes. I asked him if its a new transmission or they repaired it, because for the price I paid, I wanted new. He couldnt answer me. Took the truck back to their garage. 3rd time I was told my truck is fixed and I can pick it up, I got to his workshop just as he is leaving in MY truck. I followed him to see where he was going. He was using my truck for errands to the bank. I called him out on it. His answer was, "it was a test drive". Even though I was told my truck was done. I followed him back to the workshop, got my truck, and surprise surprise....I made it half a mile and my truck went into limp mode. Howard's reply was that he can give me the number for a tow truck. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this place. I see the previous review the customer had a similair experience. The transmission was eventually fixed. It lasted only 10months before it broke again. Howard said it exceeded the warranty and that the business is sold. terrible experience!!!!

Howard expertly diagnosed and fixed my minor transmission issue (and charged me only for a few hours of labor) after the Mercedes dealership quoted me $12,000 to completely replace my transmission. I brought my jeep to this place without knowing how they work, just trusting in Google reviews. At first Howard told me that the problem with my Jeep was the rear differential, I told him that the diagnosis they gave me at the Jeep dealership was the Power Transfer Unit... After doing a double check he told me that I was right and that additionally the transmission was also damaged... Howard told me that he couldn't get the Power Transfer Unit anywhere, something that seemed strange to me because I got it in half an hour and I took it to him to put it in my Jeep, then We waited two weeks for the used transmission because he couldn't get it new either, so he bought it used... After putting in all the parts, now he doesn't know how to configure the parts with the computer because supposedly the computer doesn't recognize the parts. He told me to buy another computer and that way everything would be ready... he spent money unnecessarily and that didn't work because the problem was that the transmission that he had put in used was already damaged. I waited more than two months in this place, gave half the money and continued spending money on a rental vehicle. Howard had been trying to configure a computer for weeks and the only response I received when I called him was: We are working to resolve the problem... Howard asked me for my license and vehicle registration to resolve it quickly and also told me what I had to do. another payment when he previously told me that the configuration of the parts were already included in the final price. The first thing I must say is that nowadays all cars come very technological with a computer and configuration when changing any part, if you Howard is used to servicing old vehicles DO NOT accept new vehicles unless you take a course and evolve your knowledge.  The second thing I must say is that don't play with people's time and money because you will lose customers and there will be more reviews like this. Last but not least, it is that you be more diligent and that you get all the parts yourself and not that the clients must use their work time to find the parts, they must understand that the clients take the vehicles for repair so that the specialists such as You solve the problem and not us. Finally, Howard returned me $1000 for all the money I spent and left my Jeep with a used transmission that was damaged and additionally charged me for labor. I lost time and money but with this review I make sure that no one goes through the same scenario with their vehicle.
