THE BEST auto repair I have ever been to. The owner Fidel is very honest and the prices are competitive. Everyone who works there from the office manager to the techs are very capable. I’ve been here for my radiator, alternator, brakes and rotors. Have always left happy. Their inspection alone is impressive enough for a visit. Very detailed with multiple pictures of every part. They can handle everything you need plus they have a cat!

I am a snowbird and for years I have been bringing my car to New Era for service and repairs. I would not go anywhere else and have recommended them to many of my friends, who are just as pleased. Fadel and Jeff are the best, friendly, polite, and honest as the day is long!!! Many times I asked them if I needed things and they checked my car and said it wasn’t necessary. They could have done it and I wouldn’t have known the difference. They are so trustworthy!!! They are also recommended by AAA. Their prices are very reasonable!!! Their waiting room is spotlessly clean and comfortable with a large flat-screen TV. And lots of magazines. I feel very lucky that I found them and have complete confidence in their recommendations and work they do on my car! See you next winter, boys!!!
