Nick and Ken at J & P Automotive are fantastic. My dad had an A/C leak in his Subaru Forester, and they got him in the same day. They did a full inspection, fixed the issue, and even made time for an oil change that he’s been needing. They were honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of customer service and integrity. They made long-term customers out of us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They even accepted my extended warranty insurance! Friendly staff and easy to deal with, J & P will definitely be getting all my business.

I have a 2015 Mini Cooper with only 25k miles that I bought and was well maintained and I wanted to make sure I did the same, but with a reliable and trustworthy mechanic! Nick and the team here at J&P automotive have been exactly that ! Thoroughly explained an answered my questions. Definitely recommend !
View on GoogleI drove through about 8 inches of water and then my car went haywire and started idling really rough and throwing codes left and right. I called a different shop that specializes in my car brand and they were a little rude. They also said they didn't have time for me. I called up J & P and they couldn't have been friendlier. They booked me a same day appointment and were able to trouble shoot my car and get me back on the road in less than an hour. It turns out my car had a minor vacuum leak that was exacerbated by the water I drove through. They changed out a hose and now my 10 year old car is running smoother than before. I also was able to ask them some questions and get a quote for some future jobs that might need to be done down the line. Couldn't be more pleased with the patience, friendliness, and efficiency of the staff here. Will definitely bring my car back here.
