Mike and the German Auto Masters shop is everything you hope for in a mechanic. Honest, straightforward, clear communication, fair pricing and quality work. I had brought my Sprinter into a Mercedes dealership and was told all the wrong information, given quotes for thousands of dollars (for work that wouldnt have fixed the problem) and only after days of chasing them did I ever get it (and had to pay $600 for just the diagnostics). Mike was better across the board, and had me out and back on the road within two days and he spent the time to really find the true issue and diagnose and fix it. The cost was much lower because he took the time to do it right, and that's what makes Mike and his team so trusted. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for additional regular maintenance services. The guy just knows his stuff for Sprinters, and that makes a huge difference.

Mike was very accurate with his diagnosis and subsequent repairs, price was VERY fair compared to my regular "sprinter mechanic". He and his staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. My experience with GERMAN AUTO MASTERS, was awesome and I highly recommend them. THEY ONLY DEAL IN DIESEL SPRINTERS. not just a mechanic, but, a master. I will refer all of my friends and other tradesman who have a diesel sprinters

Drove over and met who I now know is the owner, Mike. Took my Mercedes S500 over and he went above and beyond what I expected diagnosing the check engine light issue. Spent about an hour doing various tests using different computers and connectors. Pin pointed the issues. Mike doesn't work on Mercedes vehicles per se.... specializes in Sprinters. All said and done, didn't charge me!! But I handed him a $100 bill anyway. I'd certainly bring a Sprinter over to him if I had one.
