My experience with this shop was a pleasant surprise! I had gotten their number from a card at my local laundromat and love supporting local small businesses so I gave them a call. Carmella was EXTREMELY accommodating and attentive with the scheduling and fitting me in. The mechanic (Chris) diagnosed my car within moments of arrival and was able to actually reprogram my car to fix the issue. The owner manny even got into contact with me to ensure excellent service! My service was fast, easy, and they definitely gained a forever client.

I brought my car here because of good revews unfortunately for me it was anything but, I traded my car in for services rendered! When I brought the car in to trade a very expensive bottle of men's Cologne (Tom ford's black orchid) Mysteriously disappeared from the glove box!! the owner stated "he didn't see it" and ask "if I was mistaken", I'm 100% positive it was in the car and I told him that! After some back and forth he agreed to replace the cologne that was several months ago and of course I continued to call and email and once again I was assured "it would be replace", unfortunately I received zero response to my last 5 emails so I was left with no other choice but to leave this review. So if your planning to bring your car here remove "ALL" valuables because chances are you will never see it again and regardless of what he says it will never be replaced.

HORRIBLE!!! reached out to get a rim repaired, which they claimed they did at this shop. Dropped off rim and they guaranteed service would be done the next day at specific time (12noon-1pm). Next day comes, job was not completed until almost 8pm that night. Not only did they not repair the rim, but the welder also missed the crack completely on the lip. He must've rushed the job and didn't pay any attention to detail. Mind you I payed $120 for the service! Called the owner back and it's the run around 3 days in a row. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! Not worth the headache.
