I dont usually leave reviews but this issue deserves to be called out! Less than a year after purchasing rims and tires from this shop, Tire was completely ripped apart all the way in a circle and cause my rim to crack. That's not normal wear and tear, that's a serious safety issue. When I reached out, I expected some level of accountability or at least professionalism, the lady that answered the phone told me to come in, and when I did, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. I ask to speak with the manager and was greeted by the “owner” Sam who acted even worst, I was so surprised and disappointed i left their property! It's one thing for a product to fail, but it's another thing entirely for a business to treat a paying customer like they don't matter when something goes wrong. If you're considering buying from here, just know that once they've got your money, don't expect support if there's a problem. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, and they completely dropped the ball. I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually stands behind their products and treats customers with basic respect.

Had a wonderful experience a Dinosaur Tire. The entire staff was very welcoming very friendly. They took time to try numerous different types of Rims and tires on my vehicle till we reached the ones I fell in love with. Chloe even gave me a ride home to avoid the wait and grab another vehicle. They’ve been right there to assist with any questions I’ve had since and promised me protection and rotation. Thank you for the hospitality and helping my transform my Jeep more to my liking look forward to working with you in the Future

The whole team works well together. Sam's daughter Samantha was very helpful with payments etc. I recently went back to get a new set of tires and had the same experience. I would highly recommend Dinasour Tires to anyone in the market for wheels and tires for any vehicle. When you go ask for Sam!
