I had a great experience getting my car repaired. The damage was fixed exceptionally well—you honestly wouldn’t even be able to tell anything had happened. The attention to detail and overall quality really stood out. Everything was also completed in a timely manner, which made the whole process much less stressful. They stayed true to what they told me upfront and kept things moving efficiently. Karla was exceptional. As a woman who doesn’t know much about car repairs, I was a little nervous going in—but she made me feel completely comfortable. She was patient, kind, and very professional throughout the entire process. It truly made a difference feeling respected and taken care of. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

I just had my rear bumper cover installed and painted at BumperDoc in Oakland Park, FL. I am very satisfied with your shop's work. Everything was fine, the job was very professional, and the customer support was very good. Karla has been very attentive and helpful the whole way, constantly ensuring that everything will be taken care of and the job will be executed in the best way possible. The price was very reasonable as well. The quality of repair and paint of my bumper is fantastic. One can really see that the BumperDoc team carries out its work with great pride and high attention to even the smallest details. My car looks so nice, and there is nothing outside I can ask for. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a girl. Then I found BumperDoc, and the experience was completely different. They gave me a fair and reasonable price right away, and they fixed my bumper quickly. The owner was incredibly sweet and genuinely caring. When I dropped off my car, she even offered to drive me home. You do not see that kind of kindness anymore. Their customer service and quality of work really stand out. They have definitely earned a customer for life. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. I highly recommend BumperDoc to anyone who wants honest work without the nonsense.
