Autobahn Performance

I drive two hours each way to have my 1992 500SL and 2005 Lexus LX470 serviced by the PROs at Autobahn. Why?  This is the only place you should go!  Today I'll focus on the Mercedes as it was most recently serviced: If you have a "forever" Mercedes, you need a "forever" Master Mechanic, and that's the pros at Autobahn! And if you have a 1992 500sl or similar, you'll also need a trusted service advisor like Pedro, who can source difficult to find parts,  help prioritize what's needed vs nice to have (if you have a budget like me), and treats me, my car, and my wallet with genuine respect and courtesy.  Everyone I've met, from the owner, the service advisors, the mechanics, and a driver (Juan) are top notch professionals that genuinely care about their customers and their cars. During my most recent visit, the evaporator core needed to be replaced (no AC, no choice) which required the disassembly of the entire dash.  I was "floored" by the pictures with everything disassembled!  But if you didn't see the pictures, you wouldn't know it!  Autobahn can disassemble and reassemble an entire dash like others perform an oil change. Quite impressive! I travel ~4 hours, two in each direction, to have my 1992 Mercedes 500SL serviced by the master mechanics and trustworthy team at Autobahn-it is worth the trip! Now, I'm also "rotating" in my 2005 LX470 for general maintenance, service, and repair; plan is to do so every 6 months or so. Mechanically, there is no place better. From a people perspective, simply stated "just good people", one of my highest compliments! I've had the pleasure of meeting Jason, Don, and Porter and some of the mechanics-all trustworthy professionals of high integrity. For sometime now, I've had the pleasure of working with Pedro, on both my Mercedes and Lexus, and he is absolutely the BEST. I'd like to tell others. There service is top notch. They know what there doing & probably done it so many times...what a great staff all starting with porter...the man is so informative. Courteous & real people. No frills called up got my price for a b service on Mercedes benz sprinter winnebago boldt 3500. 4×4 on top of it all was told what is was & work to do....got a quote. I called Porter right back to scheduled job. While there i was told I could be driven home I had my dog there was a dog named red there & a handler...employee forgot his name. brought my dog water treats toys...as did another woman walking in and out offered me water. I had no where to go I sat in front w I wasn't there long at all. Completed the b service on a Mercedes Benz sprinter winnebago boldt. There pricing is very fare reasonable. They great feeling you get that your keeping up with all your vehicles preventative all the maintenance is so well worth no worry or leaving n it there...was so professional there place there staff & Porter walked .thru the pros .and cons...the process be so helpful to learn anything else about my band that I don't know. I've rent by Porter, and he's in every way/

I can’t say enough good things about Autobahn Performance. They have consistently treated me fairly, been honest about what my BMW actually needs, and never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. In an industry where trust means everything, they have earned mine completely. I reached out to Autobahn Performance to do a full drivetrain service on my 2021 X3 m40i. I set up the services with Pedro who was patient, informative and flexible. Sometimes shops won’t give you the time of day, but I didn’t feel like that here. Anyways, I had them do a transmission service, rear and front differential service, transfer case service, brake flush, and oil change. Everything was reasonably priced. the car is running super smooth after the Services. I highly recommend Autobahn Performance. they seem very knowledgeable and competent.

Great service and team and great coordination and communication throughout the whole process. My car was running weird when I picked it up & the next day didn’t start. They took the time, towed my car for free and assessed the issues and ended up fixing and not even charging me the second round. I am applauding them and their patience in making sure my car was back to reliable needs as it’s my everyday vehicle. Thanks again and will use you again if my car requires maintenance.
