After I called Jorge and Andy and expressed my concerns about the pricing and lack of transparency at another transmission shop, they went above and beyond by arranging to pick up my car from that shop and bring it to Transmissions Unlimited themselves. I had an outstanding experience at Transmissions Unlimited thanks to Jorge and Andy. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but Jorge and Andy went above and beyond with their customer service and attention to detail. My car is running smoother than ever, and the turnaround time was excellent. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Transmissions Unlimited was a life saver for our car. Our transmission had gone out after purchasing a used car. After contacting a few other dealers and getting quotes from them, our gut feeling just didn’t sit right with what we were being told. We quickly did a google search and found Transmissions Unlimited and there amazing reviews. Jorge and his team of mechanics were all great through the entire process. The team at transmissions unlimited was hands on and super helpful. They helped fix up my 1981 Chevy c10 and helped spot and improve about 10 other things in the process. Andy and Dave were incredible to work with and helped me understand the work my car needed and tradeoffs in cost as necessary. The team was always easy to reach and the phone was almost always picked up in 1-2 rings. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and will definitely be going back in the future.

STOP. Read this review: I was from out of town, and our daughter's car broke down while we were moving her into college. We didn't know anyone in the area. I called about 10 other places, and Transmissions Unlimited was the first one that took the time to answer EVERY single technical question I had. And I had a LOT!!! I felt so cared for during that stressful time. The cost of the repair was also lower than at the other shops I called. I CANNOT recommend Transmissions Unlimited MORE. George and Andy are officially family. We got scammed buying a used car and attempted to go through an inexperienced mechanic to fix it which could have made it worse. Thank God I called George to just ask a question.. and that question turned into him completely saving our car. He’s 100% honest and truly experienced! And Andy is definitely following in George’s footsteps on the right path. With honesty and humbleness and genuine care, God will continue to bless them and this business.
