I had the A/C compressor in my car rebuilt here 3 years ago. I drive the car once every couple weeks and have put about 1500 miles on it since the rebuild. A/C stopped working a few weeks ago so I brought it back in. They again rebuilt the compressor and charged me another $900. They only warranty their parts and service for 6 months, so I understand that I'm outside that warranty period. However, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the compressor to last longer than 1500 miles. A quick Google search will tell you that a compressor should typically last 8-12 years or 100k - 150k miles. The staff here is very helpful and attentive, and the work was done in a timely fashion. I just can't help but feel the workmanship could be better, or at least that they would consider an apology or acknowledgement of the work not living up to their standards.

Excellent service, guys are straight up and don't beat around the bush. I went to get my ac recharged on a car that was crashed and condenser went out, I got it replaced, and when I took it to AAA they charged the system and let me know there was a sensor disconnected that was the culprit for my ac still not working after the charge, I found the sensor connected it and now its working perfect. Guys are honest and knowledgeable. Other shops try to take advantage of people but they told me everything how it was and it was a breath of fresh air. Moving forward I will take all my AC work to them, they are excellent and have gained my trust with their exceptional service.

They replaced the compressor in my car, and within a day we realized the part itself had an issue. The moment I called them, they immediately took the car back in the very same day and replaced everything without hesitation. That level of accountability and responsiveness is rare these days. What really impressed me was how much they genuinely care about their customers. They even paid for my ride back to the office while the car was being worked on. During the second visit, they also discovered an unrelated electrical issue with the vehicle and still took the time to fix it while the car was already in their shop. Roy and his team go above and beyond in every sense of the word. They are kind, honest, incredibly resourceful, and truly customer focused. It is clear that they take pride in their work and in taking care of people. If you are looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is the place.

They kept my car for three days. Four months later no AC I called them back. They said they have no warranty on anything. I tried to ask nicely if they can do something about it, but I didn’t want to lose no more money please don’t take your car there
