I Am so very delighted to share my experience . Ray and his workers Hector and two brothers had my grand Cherokee at 8am this morning . They’re always on point. They’re super nice and friendly plus they find the problem plus solution to resolve the matter. I was called after they put motor mounts on my truck . Ray is one to trust . When he said no worries I was with no worries and called me by 1039 am and said come on over and that the car was ready . I was so amazed at how fast . God is good I was able to make it to work. Praise God . I must go back every time if I ever need to I trust the Transmission express . This is the first time I have ever seen a mechanic shop move this fast and friendly and keeps you smiling no worries . Thankyou to Ray and crew. Please anyone looking for excellent service my car is driving like a smooth Tesla … no engine lights are on anymore. Please people get your car to this place called transmission express. Number in the world.!!! Ray!!!!! He is super reasonable .

I contacted Transmission Express and it was the best decision for my SUV transmission replacement. The customer service, communication were great and the pricing was reasonable. The logistics and coordination of the repair were exceptional, from recommending towing service to the fact of my new transmission shipped directly to them and had all the necessary seals replaced. No leaks, no funny sounds, no tools left in my vehicle after the repair. Would recommend this place to my circle for tranny repairs. Thanks to Ray and Transmission Express team.
View on GoogleWorse place to go Took my car for a transmission diagnostic he said that the fee goes towards the labor if I agree to do the work. When we get into it him and his boss said the diagnostic was free and I authorized for them to take my transmission apart, when I already told him his price was ridiculous, they put my car together and police was involved, just to drive down the streets they had tools inside hood and it could’ve mess my fan up or even cause severe damage picture will be attach please choose wisely with these shops
View on GoogleHad great customer service. Manager Ray kept me informed and explained everything that was going on . My 2018 Chevy Traverse was not shifting and not going in reverse. Took it in had a quote the same day. I chose a new transmission from the dealer (I wanted the warranty) my vehicle was complete the next day. Had it for 2 days so far it’s good.
View on GoogleGo to a better transmission shop. Customer service isn’t the best and they are not men of their word. Triple check after you’ve double check the work done even if you have to get another opinion ask as many questions as possible, they don’t have accountability if they’ve made a mistake or misunderstood the task asked for. Yes they have been around for many years but that still doesn’t mean that they conduct good/fair business. Update!!!! J&W transmission is better also more professional. They also give a 1 year warranty that says a lot.
