The Worst Body Shop Experience Ever – Auto Express Paint (2025 NE 254th Street North Miami Beach, off Dixie Hwy) Auto Express Paint/ Modern Classics Auto is hands down the worst shop I have ever dealt with. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Everything about this place is a disaster from start to finish. • My car sat in their shop far too long, with nothing but excuses and delays. • They overcharged the original quoted price, and I had no choice but to pass it through the insurance. Then they had no mercy in charging the insurance everything they could — while delivering some of the poorest quality work imaginable. • The paint job is appalling — sloppy overspray, uneven finish, and large areas left unpainted. It looks worse than a backyard spray can job. • To make things even worse, their own workers broke my headlamp after insurance had already covered it, and then tried to give the car back like nothing happened. That’s not just careless — that’s dishonest and fraudulent. • The manager, David, and the owner, Luis, are absolute liars. Their word means nothing. They made countless promises and didn’t keep a single one. • When confronted, instead of fixing their mistakes, they became defensive and dismissive, refusing to take any responsibility. This shop is a disgrace to the industry. They lie, they cheat, they damage cars, they cut corners, they overcharge both customers and insurance, and they refuse to stand behind their work. Auto Express Paint is not a professional body shop — it’s a scam operation that survives by deceiving customers and delivering garbage results. ⚠️ Final Warning: Auto Express Paint/ Modern Classics Auto in North Miami Beach is the definition of incompetence and dishonesty. If you care at all about your car, your money, or your peace of mind, do not ever set foot in this place. They are the worst of the worst, and they should be shut down.

View on GoogleThis is absolutely the worst body shop ever. The owner does not care about working with your insurance companies or getting your vehicle done correctly. They put my door on my 2022 charger without adding everything. I was told he would order a piece for two weeks that didn’t get ordered. He never answers the phone and only responds by text so insurance companies are unable to process your claim. Stay away if you’re looking for professionalism.
