Mercedes Master Shop

I went to the shop inspired by the good reviews. I took my SL 500 R129 to have one of the door panels fixed because it became loose. The job was a sloppy disappointment. They drilled screws through the leather of the door, the top ledge against the glass was lifted and separated, there were grease stains on the leather as well. They also tried to glue some leather trim where the edge has peeled off. They glued it back on but left indentations on the leather and stained it as well. To make matters worse they tried to tell me that the door panel panel came damaged. For any self respecting Mercedes owner, who appreciates quality work and doesn’t want their car to depreciate in value due to sloppy work, I highly recommend not taking your Merc here. These are nice people, but unfortunately not discerning or careful with their craftsmanship nor their attention to detail. I regret taking my car here. My car just went down in value thanks to this shop.

Gloria and Michael are great. I brought my GTS to them a couple of times for basic service and some custom work. Michael is extremely knowledgeable with Mercedes and other brands as well. Honest and very fair pricing. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The customer service was excellent! They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, without making me feel pressured or confused. I also appreciated that they provided several repair options and helped me choose what worked best for my situation and budget. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics these days, but this shop definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service and great communication!

I Highly reccomend mike and gloria. After three decades in the mercedes benz performance industry i am reluctant to trust my SL 65 to just anyone. . Mike straightned out the SL to where it should be. He pays attention to detail. Gloria runs a tight ship. Mike is the only place you should take your benz for repair disgnosis and performance work. 💪

Last Friday, I visited Mercedes Master Shop after being recommended by someone who had previously worked with them. The reason for my visit was a strange noise coming from the steering wheel of my vehicle, which started after having work done at another mechanic shop in Hallandale FL. My experience at that shop was a complete nightmare. They had me replace a part called the Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft, assuring me that it would fix the noise. However, after replacing the part, the issue continued, and they then told me that another part would also need to be replaced. At that point, I completely lost trust in that shop and decided to look for other options. That is when I arrived at Mercedes Master Shop, and from the very beginning, the service was diligent and highly professional. Both the administrative staff—especially Olga—and the mechanics, Michael and “Chino,” were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service from the start. That same day, they inspected my car with no obligation in order to evaluate the problem, and due to time constraints, we scheduled a follow-up appointment for Monday at 1:00 p.m. I arrived on time on Monday, and they immediately began working on my vehicle. They literally disassembled a significant portion of the suspension and then carefully reinstalled all the components. In the end, the noise completely disappeared, and I did not have to purchase any new parts, as the other shop had previously suggested. Most importantly, the customer service and transparency throughout the entire process were outstanding. That is what truly creates a loyal customer. Without any doubt, from now on Mercedes Master Shop in North Miami will be my go-to shop for servicing my two Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
