Dan is the best mechanic I’ve had work on my vehicle in the entire south Florida area. He is very honest and fair in pricing. I brought in a 1994 Chevy s10 that was not running well and Dan has brought this truck back to life. He takes the time to educate and explain everything and does not beat around the bush. Klammers Automotive is the best auto shop in south Florida I recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Went in for a misfire. They found the problem and replaced with a quality replacement coil pack. I hadn’t even mentioned truck had been overheating as I’d had it in another place and they replaced the cap saying that was the only thing they could find. Klammers found a crack in the radiator and even that the replacement cap wasn’t rated for a truck. They put a new radiator in on the same appointment. Not only that my hood release lever fell off ages ago and I’d been opening the hood with a metal rod. They rigged a custom wire pulley for it just out of courtesy. Overall couldn’t be happier. Truck running smoothly, not overheating in Fl heat!

Felt rushed and uneasy from the beginning but thought, due to their reviews, that maybe I was wrong to feel uneasy. Went in to repair radiator ($79 online brand new) and for a tune up. Didn't get the tune up and was charged over $500. Currently the car is being sent to the junk yard. After leaving Klammers the car only drove 5 hours before it over heated again. The worst part was that I explained to Dan (one of the brothers) that my daughter would be driving this car on her own and that I needed it to be safe for her to drive. Thank goodness I decided to go with her.
