Absolutely amazing service. Everything was handled so quickly and efficiently from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress free. They even waived the initial 125 dollar checking fee which was such a great surprise. Truly phenomenal service, fast, professional, and focused on the customer. Highly recommend! Thanks Julio!

After spending $1600 here, I had to have the work redone at Firestone.The manager said that he would refund my money if I showed him my receipt and the parts. I brought both and he still refused to refund my money. A similar situation happened with another customer that I know. Don’t go to this place. Update: Yelp also has a bad 1.6 review average. The owner is equally as bad; justifying every complaint instead of professionally working to resolve it. I went to the location to resolve the issue and the manager, Julio rudely refused after telling me over the phone that he would provide a refund since I had to have the SAME work redone at Firestone. Reading the owner’s rude responses to other complaints tells potential future customers everything that they need to know about this place. Worst place I’ve ever been.
