I can’t recommend Tim at Devo Shop enough. After calling multiple collision repair shops and even sending my 2022 Tesla Model Y to one of them for a “free estimate,” I kept running into the same problem: template estimates, zero flexibility, and no real effort to adjust to my situation. My insurance denied the claim, which meant I had to go fully out of pocket — and not a single shop was willing to work with me on repairing the car in phases to keep costs manageable. That all changed when I had the car towed to Tim at Devo Shop. From day one, Tim was more than accommodating. He actually took the time to understand my situation and work with me instead of against me. At one point, he even came to my home to bring me a low-voltage battery and assess the vehicle personally, something I didn’t expect but truly appreciated. Once the car was in his shop, he worked quickly and efficiently. Despite the complexity of the repair — including replacing the high-voltage battery and airbag systems — the vehicle was fully repaired within a couple of weeks. He also allowed me to pay according to my situation, which made a huge difference during an already stressful time. The level of care, transparency, and flexibility Tim provided is something I didn’t get anywhere else. Honestly, I would take my Tesla to Devo Shop over Tesla themselves. I recommend to any "TESLA" owner the services of DEVO SHOP, they are very profesional, and experts in any TESLA, reparations, remplacement of defective, parts with a new ones. Timofey the owner is an expert in Tesla, any model or Year, an intelligent and a good person. I bought a Tesla model Y , dual motors in an auction with a big rear crash with missing rear bumper and crashed trunk door. They bring the Tesla to a new live,... I pass the Rebuilt Inspection, fast and without any complaints,... and now my "Tesla Y" looks like a new. And pass all the inspections and already get a new tittle, and tag..... EXCELLENT JOB.
