Alex is literally one of the most honest mechanics I know. He really takes the time to diagnose the issue and gives you honest opinion. I have been using the same mechanic for 10 years but he took the customer service level to a whole another level. I came in through a referral of my friend and he treated me like a family I was stressed and panic because I needed my car fix before I went to work he was patient and did all before 3 hours. I ask another mechanic and they said it would take a whole day and would have charged 3 times as much.

Alex is beyond amazing! My car broke down in the middle of the everglades and the first shop I took it too was trying to change me left and right for unnecessary repairs and said they couldn't fix the car for at least another 5 days... I made a call to Alex at Quality Auto Repair explaining my situation and he got me in straight away. The repairs only took 2 hours and I was back on the road with no issues. He was extremely helpful. Explained everything he was going to do and gave me a price (VERY reasonable) straight away. If you are looking for a high quality, honest mechanic, look no further than Quality Auto Repair. Alex is very honest and does great work! He got me out of a tough jam while I was traveling. My transmission went out and had to be towed while on the way to Miami. Alex was able to put an additive in the transmission fluid, and it worked like a charm. Was able to finish my trip to the Keys and back to Tampa with no problem! Still running great! Most mechanics would have told me I needed to rebuild the entire transmission, but Alex was honest and advised me to use the thickener instead. My car is older and would not have been worth the expense to rebuild. Highly recommend for quality work, reasonable prices, and great service. Will definitely go back if I am in the area. Thanks Alex!!!!!!
