I AM A BUSINESS THAT BOUGHT A TIRE FOR $427.14. I installed it for my client. The next day the tire balled up. I made a claim and they told me that it does not have any warranty, since they do not specify the warranty on the tires. I had to pay for another tire for my client and I lost $427.14 and they did not resolve anything for me.

View on GoogleI been buying tires here for many years and I haven’t met the most rude person working here till the last time I went to pay for tires at the window at Miami location off the exit of 57ave by the name of Nena I believe that’s her name or that’s what they call her. I work in the business of customer service, which I always make sure I’m at my best. The cashier lady with blonde hair treated me really disrespectful. I asked a question and she gave me a smart answer and sent me to ask the guy that was bringing up the tires like if she didn’t even work there. I asked before paying what year was the tire I was buying and also who do I give the paid receipt to and she said talk to him with no way of answering my simple question which she knows the answer to. Then made a joke about me getting wet in the rain as I was leaving her being funny. Knowing I was going to get wet if I went outside. People like this should not have a job where they interact with customers. Horrible experience
