I had an excellent experience. I originally took my BMW X3 to the bmw dealership for service, and they quoted me $7,500 just to replace the mechatronics, which they admitted might not even fix the actual issue. The car would not go into drive. I called BTG Automotive, and they towed the car for me, properly diagnose and fix the problem for significantly less than what BMW was going to charge me with a high confidence it would fix the actual issue. The car is now running great now! When I picked it up, it was cleaned and ready to go, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Honest diagnostics, fair pricing, and high-quality work. I’ll definitely be bringing my other BMWs here in the future. Highly recommend, these guys clearly know what they’re doing.

I love supporting small businesses and so happy to have found this auto shop that specializes in German cars just minutes from my home. Our Mini Cooper Countryman has a German engine and needs a mechanic who knows those engines. They were able to get my car in quickly and their prices are VERY reasonable!! The have a small office / waiting area with seating and complimentary water and snacks. Kelsy was very nice and friendly helped me get everything set up for the appointment! They make it very easy to pay for services by sending a text with a link so you can pay before you get there. That way you can grab your car and go! They are open Monday through Saturday from 8-5. Shop doesn’t have any sign outside of it really, so when you see a bunch of BMWs you’re in the right place.

View on GoogleThis place is an absolute gem and the place to take your BMW to! The prices are fair, in fact they are cheaper than other shops I took my BMW to. The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable about these cars. At other places there’s always a waiting list to get work done even if it’s only supposed to take a few hours, and they rarely call you with updates, unlike BTG. Brian had my water pump and thermostat diagnosed and replaced that day. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I just wish I had only found them sooner!

Brian took care of it and to my surprise he didn’t want to charge me a penny for it since it was just a clamp replacement. This wasn’t a big deal to him but it sure was for me. It’s hard to find honest and decent mechanics that you can trust. Thank you so much Brian!
